Available Triggers

A trigger is an event that starts the automation. The system currently supports:

Contact Added to a Group
      ○ This trigger activates when a new contact is added to a specific contact group.
      ○ Example use case: Send an onboarding message when a contact is added to the “New Leads” group.

Label Added to a Contact
      ○ This trigger activates when a specific label is applied to a contact.
      ○ Example use case: If a contact gets the “High Priority” label, notify the sales team.
