How Will User Book Meeting?
When a user click on the link you give them. They can then select their time zone, a particular date, subsequently choose a timeslot that is available and convenient.
On clicking on the Next, the user can type in their contact details for the appointment and pressing Schedule Meeting will schedule the appointment.
