How to Manage Phone Number withEasify?

You can easily manage your phone numbers with Easify. Follow these simple steps to get started.

1. Click Phone Numbers from the left side menu.

2. Click the settings icon placed at the extreme left under Actions section.

3. You can manage your phone number using the following options-

• To change the status of the number, click the Status dropdown on the top right corner of the screen.
• Select Forward to phone number to forward the call to a phone number. Select Forward to Voicemail to forward the call to voicemail. For Interactive Voice Response, select IVR.
• Upload pre-recorded voice to explore When Busy, When Not Answered and Welcome Message options.
• Use the toggle button to manage welcome message.
• Click Update to save your changes.
