Once you’ve successfully purchased the phone numbers. You can activate the numbers and set it for default call/SMS using the toggle button.

Make sure that your phone numbers are connected before you start making a call. You can check it by clicking Calls from the left side menu. The green symbol on the top of the screen shows that you’re connected to proceed with the call.
