What Are Working Hours?

Working Hours allow you to schedule when your phone sends campaign messages.
Instead of sending messages 24/7, you can restrict campaigns to only operate during the hours you choose.

How It Works
  • During working hours: Messages are sent normally
  • Outside working hours: Campaigns are automatically paused
  • When working hours start: Campaigns resume automatically

Think of it as a "Do Not Disturb" mode for outgoing messages.

Setting Up Working Hours
  1. Open the Easify Connect app and go to Settings → Working Hours
  2. Turn ON the Working Hours toggle
  3. Select the days you want campaigns to run (e.g., Monday to Friday)
  4. Set your Start Time (e.g., 9:00 AM)
  5. Set your End Time (e.g., 6:00 PM)
  6. Press Save to apply your settings
Overnight Sending (Night Shift)

Easify Connect supports sending messages during night hours.

Example: To send messages from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM:

  • Set Start Time: 10:00 PM
  • Set End Time: 6:00 AM

The app automatically handles schedules that cross midnight.
