How to Set Up Ringless Voicemailfor Your Business?

Follow these simple steps to set up Easify’s ringless voicemail for your business to enhance customer engagement.

1. Select Voicemails from the side menu of the dashboard. Click on ‘Send Voicemail’. Add a ringless voicemail provider and purchase a phone number to begin the service.

2. Once you add a provider and have a phone number to send voicemail, start by selecting Provider, enter Sender’s number.

3. Click on Voices to choose the voices you need to send.

4. Enter recipient’s number, contacts, or groups.

5. Click the Send button to send the voicemail right away.

6. You can also schedule the voicemail for later by clicking the Schedule button. Simply select the desired date and time for your voicemail to be sent, then click Save.
