How to start voice calling?
Enhance your customer engagement by having real-time conversations with your customers. Follow these simple steps to make a call using Easify’s Voice Call feature.
1. Click the ‘Calls’ button as seen on the left side menu. The dial pad appears on the right-hand side of the screen.

2. Enter the receiver's phone number.

3. In the next step, select the type of gateway or phone number to be used for calling. The dropdown provides the following two options.
- Twilio number
- Easify SMS/Call Gateway

4. Press the call button at the bottom of the dial pad to start the call. Congratulations! You’ve successfully made your first call using Easify.
