Campaign Batch Progress Screen
While a campaign is running, you can monitor its progress in real time from the batch progress screen.
What the Progress Screen Shows
- Progress Bar – Visual indicator of overall batch completion (for example, 45% complete)
- Messages Sent – Number of messages sent in the current batch (for example, 45 of 100)
- Current Status – Indicates whether the campaign is sending, waiting, paused, or completed
- Next Message In – Countdown timer until the next SMS is sent
- Batch Number – Displays which batch is currently being processed
Understanding Status Indicators
- Sending – Messages are actively being delivered
- Waiting – The system is applying the configured delay between messages (normal behavior)
- Outside Working Hours – Campaign is paused until the next allowed working hours window
- Paused – Campaign was manually paused from the web dashboard
- Completed – All messages in the campaign have been successfully sent
Multi-SIM Support
If your phone supports dual SIM cards:
- Progress is displayed separately for each SIM
- Each SIM maintains its own send countdown
- Messages are automatically distributed across SIMs to improve delivery speed
Live Updates
The progress screen updates automatically in real time. No manual refresh is required.
