1. Introduction  

Welcome to Easify Bookings ("we," "us," "our," or "Easify Bookings"), a scheduling and appointments platform accessible at bookings.easify.app (the "Website"), and its related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account on, accessing, or using the Services, you ("you," "user," "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue the use of our Services immediately. 

These Terms govern your relationship with Easify Bookings and outline the rules and obligations that apply to you and all other users of our Services. Please read them carefully. By continuing to use our Services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. 

2. Eligibility and User Accounts  

2.1. Eligibility

2.2. User Accounts

• If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach of your Account, you must notify us immediately. 
• We reserve the right to suspend, delete, or reclaim your Account if you violate these Terms or if we have reason to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. 

3. Description of Services  

Easify Bookings provides tools for creating and managing bookings, appointments, and meeting types. Key features may include: 

• Scheduling Management: Allows you to create, organize, modify, and cancel scheduled events. 
• Calendar Integration: Optional integration with third-party calendar providers, such as Google Calendar. 
• Client-Facing Booking Pages: Generate public or private booking links for your clients or team members. 
• Notifications: Send confirmation or reminder emails and SMS to event participants (functionality may vary by plan). 

Easify Bookings may, at its sole discretion, update or modify its Services over time. We make no guarantee as to the continuing availability of any specific feature or part of the Services. 

4. License and Acceptable Use  

4.1. License to Use 

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business scheduling purposes. 

4.2. Acceptable Use 

You agree to: 

• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. 
• Provide accurate and lawful information when creating appointments or meeting requests. 
• Use the Services solely for legitimate scheduling, booking, and calendar-management activities. 

4.3. Restricted Use 

You shall not: 

• Interfere with the operation of the Services or any other user’s enjoyment of the Services. 
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code that could disrupt or compromise the Services or systems. 
• Access or use the Services in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or its underlying infrastructure. 
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Services or any portion thereof without our express written permission. 

5. Payments and Fees  

5.1. Free and Paid Plans 

Easify Bookings may offer free and/or paid subscription plans. Paid plans may grant access to additional features or higher usage limits. Fees and plan details (pricing, renewal periods, etc.) are provided at the time of purchase. 

5.2. Billing and Renewals 

• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes. 
• Your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel or downgrade your plan before the renewal date. 
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate. 

5.3. Refunds and Cancellations 

All fees paid are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you remain responsible for any fees accrued through the cancellation date. 

6. User Content  

6.1. Definition of User Content 

"User Content" includes any information, text, images, data, or other materials you provide when using the Services, such as appointment details, descriptions, or user profile information. 

6.2. Ownership and Responsibility 

• You retain all rights to the User Content you post or submit via Easify Bookings. 
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of your User Content. 

6.3. License to Easify Bookings 

By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Easify Bookings a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such User Content in order to provide and improve the Services. 

7. Privacy and Data Protection  

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Easify Bookings may allow you to integrate with third-party calendar providers (e.g., Google Calendar). When you enable such integrations, you grant Easify Bookings permission to access and modify your calendar data in accordance with your instructions and subject to the provider’s terms of service.

9. Intellectual Property  

9.1. Ownership 

Easify Bookings retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use of the Services or the content therein is strictly prohibited. 

9.2. Trademarks 

"Easify Bookings," our logos, and any other product or service names, slogans, or designs appearing in the Services are trademarks of Easify Bookings. You must not use these trademarks without our prior written consent. 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties  

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Easify Bookings provides the Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory. Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any errors or defects will be corrected. 

11. Limitation of Liability  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easify Bookings and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: 

1. Your use of or inability to use the Services. 
2. Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. 
3. Any errors or omissions in the Services. 
4. Any other matter relating to the Services. 

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. 

12. Indemnification  

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easify Bookings, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

2. Your User Content; 
3. Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; 
4. Your use of the Services. 

13. Termination  

13.1. Termination by You 

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you wish to delete your Account, you can do so through your Account settings or by contacting us at info@easify.app. 

13.2. Termination by Easify Bookings 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. 

13.3. Survival 

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. However, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnifications, governing law) will remain in effect. 

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution  

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easify Bookings is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms exclusively through binding arbitration or court proceedings (depending on your local jurisdiction), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such forums. 

15. Modifications to the Terms  

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes, such as through email or by posting a notice on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 

16. Miscellaneous  

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any other agreements or policies incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and Easify Bookings regarding the Services and supersede any prior oral or written communications. 
• Waiver: The failure of Easify Bookings to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
